She has a keen eye for fashion and styling, offering thoughtful direction that elevates each look and enhances the final imagery. Her friendly, reassuring presence creates a comfortable, empowering experience, allowing genuine expression and beauty to shine through. When she’s not creating stunning portraits, Shantel enjoys spending time with her children and her beloved pugs; an appreciation for connection that carries seamlessly into her work.

Jamie is our Consultation Specialist which means she talks to every one of our clients prior to their session to make sure they know what to expect when they get to the studio and are fully prepared for their shoot. She also enjoys hearing client feedback after the session and seeing them glowing with confidence and loving their photos and the entire experience they just had at Megan Michael Photography. When she is not at the studio, you can find her spending as much time as possible with her 2 teenagers (when they will let her) and at as many concerts and sporting events as time allows.

Meet Brooke, our amazing production manager and the creative mind taking on our social media! 🎬📱 From products being ordered to behind-the-scenes prep in the studio, she keeps everything organized and running smoothly. Lately, she’s also stepping into social media to help share all the beauty and moments we capture. When she’s not working, she’s busy with her Interior Design classes or spending time with friends and family. We’re so lucky to have her keeping us on track and bringing her creativity to the team!

Meet Veronica, our one of a kind call manager! With over 22 years of customer service experience she leads our call team providing accurate and up to date information regarding sessions and the experience. She loves hearing the stories of others and enjoys being able to make a difference in someone’s life, even if it’s as simple as scheduling a photo session that will help build confidence! When she is not chatting with clients she is kept busy by her 18 and 6 year old daughters and running her all things book Etsy shop!

Michaela is a busy mom of four who loves nothing more than family time with her husband, kids, and two big pups—a Great Dane and a loyal German Shepherd. When she gets a chance to slow down, you’ll probably find her curled up with a good book or hanging out outside, whether that’s walking the dogs, enjoying the sunshine, or just taking in the fresh air.

I’ve been in the hair and makeup world long enough to know it’s never just about looking good—it’s about feeling confident, comfortable, and a little bit like a superstar (even if you're running on caffeine and chaos). Whether you want soft and natural or bold and glam, my goal is to make you feel like you—but with better lighting. I keep things relaxed and fun—no drama, no pressure, and always a few laughs along the way. I’ve worked with every skin tone, hair type, and personality you can think of, and I truly love helping people look and feel amazing (bonus points if there’s a dance playlist involved). Outside of the studio, I’m married to my rockstar husband of 20 years(seriously obsessed), and together we’re raising four kids that are awesome, loud, and chaotic (in the best way). I run on coffee, dry shampoo, and sheer willpower—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
